In spring 2006 STAD- cooperation launched a brand new training program aimed at restaurant owners and supervisors. It has long been a desire of restaurant owners and even their staff to learn more about policy work; what is a policy and what does it contain? Why is it important and what do I, as a restaurant owner, gain by having a policy? How can I as a restaurant owner or personnel manager communicate my message in a credible way to my employees and my guests?
As the demands on restaurant owners and their businesses, by the authorities, get higher, the need for education and knowledge gets bigger. We have chosen to meet the restaurant owner’s requests by starting a training program whose aim is to give good advice, useful tips and hopefully straighten out a lot of questions.
